● POSITIONS -  DGM/AGM OPERATIONS IN SHEETMETAL INDUSTRY 

● LOCATIONS - FARIDABAD

● EXPERIENCE -  12 -18 Years

● SALARY - CTC 15 to 18 Lacs per annum

● Requirement and Qualifications:

1. The person should be any DIPLOMA/B.E/B.TECH MECH

 2. He should have an experience of working as AGM OPERATIONS in any SHEETMETAL AUTOCOMPONENTS Manufacturing company with Press Shop, Weldshop Exposure.

●JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Looking after all the plant activities with Production, Quality, Plant maintenance, Tool Room, Expansion Projects, New M/cs Installation, New Development, STP, ETP etc.

2. Monitoring & Controlling manufacturing costs by improving productivity, reducing cost of Quality and improving the yield of Raw materials.

3. Representing Plant performance to managements.

4. Capacity planning for new development.

5. Training to engineers and motivating them for multi skilling.

6. Review of MRM and setting new targets.

7. Problem solving through evaluation and necessary actions.

8. Identifying new Kaizen , VA/VE and its Implementations.

9. Possess exposure to ISO/TS – 16949 : 2002 procedures, Quality circle, 3M, 5S, Poke Yoke, Kanban, Jit system etc.
